Job Highlights:Primary Responsibilities
- Serves as a member of the regional leadership team providing strategic direction on operational issues. Works in a dynamic executive environment in a matrix organization, and promotes teamwork within and across the organization by maintaining positive relationships and utilizing effective problem solving skills.
- Promotes ethical behavior in the areas of business ethics, legal compliance, confidentiality, conflicts of interest, vendor relationships and the reporting of questionable activities.
- Ensures engagement, satisfaction and alignment of employees, physicians and executives to ensure effective implementation of strategic and operational plans within the assigned entity. Creates an environment in which effective communication and responsiveness to customer needs are priorities.
- Oversees human resource management for the assigned area creating a culture of employee engagement. Ensures policies are administered consistently across function. Organizes operations through appropriate structure and delegation of functions. Mentors leaders in career growth and participates in succession planning efforts.
- Promotes team building and collaboration. Motivates, encourages and empowers staff to achieve personal, organizational and team goals. Encourages and provides opportunity for staff input and feedback regarding improvement opportunities.
- Develops and implements policies and procedures that address medical group, hospital and service line functions. Ensures compliance with confidentiality policies and procedures.
- Maintains knowledge and achieves compliance with federal, state and local regulatory requirements, licensure, accreditation requirements, record procedures and internal controls. Informs and updates staff on organizational and industry issues.
- Develops and enhances relationships with community and other public organizations and groups that expand the effectiveness of the mission. Participates in developing regional policies, procedures and directives as requested and communicates to ensure compliance is achieved.
- Responsible for operational performance and overall strategic direction of assigned service lines throughout the regional medical group (these assignments may periodically change and rotate).
- Collaborates with regional support functions of nursing, finance, planning, quality and human resources to achieve successful outcomes for the hospitals, service lines, network and system.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of experience and education
Experience
- Ten years' experience, with five years' in leadership

Job Summary:This is NOT a remote position. This role is based out of Madison, WI and would require relocation upon acceptance.
Job Responsibilities and Requirements:Develops short-term and long-term operational goals and plans ensuring alignment with broader organization priorities. Translates initiatives into action plans with appropriate performance measures. Utilizes metrics and organization vision to lead and direct strategic operational practice and standards.
